We are a small friendly family run company which has been trading since 2006. 

We started trading at Acton Market where Zani had a small jewellery stall. She slowly built up her own customer base and over time introduced handmade pieces including orders. The stall displays were based around nature, as is the shop. Our shops has been described as a beautiful places, artistic and refreshing. We kept the stall name of Silvercloud after Zani was given the American Indian name whilst traveling around the United States in 1992.  

October 2008 saw the Opening of the shop, Silvercloud. 

Silvercloud now have an incrediblely large range of silver jewellery and with semi-precious stones as well as bespoke pieces made by ourselves continuing to expand.

To have something special made by us is not expensive, we do not charge over the top prices. You can have something unique and  extra special made for you or your loved ones working to budgets you choose to afford and we will advise on how best to achieve this. We also do make jewellery for babies and children which have been tried and tested with attention to avoid choking hazzards and pulling, as well as a personnel keepsake.

Silvercloud repair and restring jewellery including tradional pearl neckless and bracelet restrings. We also carry out soldering repairs on silver and gold. All repairs that come to us are treated to the highest standards and with all repairs to silver and gold we carry out a full polishing service for your much love items so when you recieve them back they come back to you looking like there brand new and fully cleaned. We also offer semi precious and precious stone replacements if you have damaged or lost stones in your jewellery as we also do stone settings.

To view all of our jewellery you have to visit our shop as our online shop cannot show everythng as we tend to sell one off pieces as our preference and stock changes regularly.

Our website has been McAfee tested and is 100% secure. If ordering from the shop online we have paypal in place. No information will be passed on to any other company for your secuity and all orders despatched will be insured by royal mail delivery which will have to be signed for. When paying by paypal goods will only be despatched when the payment has cleared. So please allow 3 to 4 working days for this.

We have a returns policy of 14 days if the items arrive damaged. Please provide a copy of the receipt and we will either exchange it or provide you with a credit note. We only exchange items that are dammaged, faulty or unworn,( excludes earings for hygiene reasons ). Anytime after 30 days on handmade pieces a minimal repair charge for restringing will be incured.
